USS Arizona Memorial Gardens at Salt River will be opening on February 22, 2020 at 10am.
Located east of Pima Road, between Great Wolf Lodge AZ and Salt River Fields, the Memorial Gardens includes the original boathouse relic from the USS Arizona. This piece was part of the original memorial at Pearl Harbor for ten years and is the largest piece ever given to a tribal community.
The USS Arizona Memorial Gardens at Salt River honors the brave US forces who were aboard the USS Arizona during the attack on Pearl Harbor, December 7, 1941. As a nation, we are forever indebted to those who serve and give their lives for our freedom and we are proud to honor them and share their stories in these gardens.
